The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of SME accounts to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong retention levels. The role focuses on proactive account management, consistent client engagement, upselling digital and telecom solutions, and building long-term customer relationships that contribute to sustained business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated portfolio of SME accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, queries, and issue resolution.
  • Achieve monthly revenue, gross adds, and upsell targets for assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant digital and telecom products.
  • Develop account-specific strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide proactive customer support.
  • Implement effective retention and churn management practices to maintain a stable customer base.
  • Monitor account performance and address risk factors proactively.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital sales, account management, or related roles, preferably within the telecom or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of SME customer needs and digital product offerings.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue, upsell, and customer growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret account data and identify opportunities.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
