We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Sales Manager to drive growth across digital wholesale and distributor channels.

Job Summary:

The Digital Sales Manager will provide management of the Company’s Digital Sales Strategy including sales efforts, managing relationships and performance across wholesale platforms and distributor portals (Faire, BFG). This role is responsible for acquiring and nurturing retail and distributor accounts, increasing reorder frequency, and executing platform-specific strategies to grow revenue. You will be responsible for account-level growth, promotional planning, and reporting. You will be responsible for managing data and deployment of digital assets to maximize sales.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Amazon Sales :

· Manage Amazon sales performance (Seller Central or Vendor Central, depending on model)

· Partner with marketing to align on listing strategy, A+ content, and advertising campaigns

· Analyze sales trends, returns, reviews, and inventory levels to drive continuous improvement

· Coordinate with operations to ensure optimal inventory planning and FBA availability

· Execute promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with internal teams

Distributor & Wholesale Platform Management:

· Manage performance and engagement on distributor sales portals such as BFG and Fosters

· Ensure product assortments, pricing, and promotions are current and optimized for visibility and sales

· Monitor distributor trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth

· Collaborate with distributor reps and customer service teams to resolve issues and maximize sell- through

Digital Wholesale Accounts (Faire, etc.):

· Own sales performance across digital B2B marketplaces

· Implement strategies to drive account acquisition, reorder rates, and seasonal performance

· Leverage marketing-driven content and promotions to support sales goals

Sales Growth & Reporting:

· Track and report on key metrics (sales, AOV, conversion, reorder frequency)

· Obtain, develop and use data insights to inform outreach strategies and promotional timing

· Coordinate with internal teams on forecasting and inventory alignment for digital channels

Account Outreach & Retention:

· Engage with new, existing, and lapsed wholesale customers to drive repeat orders

· Tailor outreach by category (garden, wellness, seasonal) based on past purchase behavior and trends

· Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on email campaigns and digital initiatives to support B2B retention

Attendance:

· Regular and predictable in-office attendance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset

· Analytical and detail-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement

· Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools

· Impeccable attention to detail

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with little direction

· Self-starter, positive attitude and tireless work ethic

· Ability to learn new systems and processes.

· Adept in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and the drive to learn more), Word, and Outlook

Education and Experience:

· 3–5 years of experience in digital B2B sales, e-commerce account management, or distributor sales (gift, garden, or lifestyle industries a plus)

· Experience managing relationships with distributors and wholesale platforms (e.g., BFG, Faire, Juniper)

· High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment:

· General office with occasional need to be in the warehouse working around moving parts/machinery that could be loud.

o Closed toe shoes are required in the warehouse.

· The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet. May be exposed to dust, fluctuation in inside temperatures.

Travel Requirements

· Travel to the main office in Mason, OH

· May require travel to tradeshows and account meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
