We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Digital Sales Manager with deep expertise in the UAE media landscape. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital advertising sales preferably within a media agency , publisher , or digital media platform and possesses a strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and revenue-driving opportunities.


This role requires an individual who can build strong client relationships, deliver consultative media solutions, and lead revenue growth across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities.


  • Drive digital advertising revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities across agencies and direct clients.
  • Grow and manage existing accounts through strategic upselling and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and brand marketers in the UAE.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and digital proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed on UAE digital media trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Analyze campaign performance to generate insights and improve future sales outcomes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with operations, content, product, and ad-tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Support the creation of sales packages, marketing materials, and go-to-market initiatives.
