Digital Sales Manager – Online Marketplace Specialist

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Job Description:

Exalon is a growing brand specializing in high-quality apparel and bags, including T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, laptop bags, and more. We are committed to delivering durable, stylish, and value-driven products to customers across India. As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented E-commerce Sales Manager to lead our e-commerce operations across Exalon.in, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.

Candidates with prior experience in online sales through platforms like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, or similar marketplaces will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage online sales operations across all digital platforms.
  • Drive sales growth on Exalon.in and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategy, SEO optimization, A+ content, and catalogue management.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
  • Manage inventory, order processing, returns, and logistics coordination.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, deals, and festive promotions in coordination with the digital marketing team.
  • Monitor platform-specific policies and ensure compliance to avoid penalties or suspension.
  • Generate actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in managing e-commerce sales, preferably in a product-based company.
  • In-depth knowledge of seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience in managing sales on platforms like Meesho, Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
