Digital Sales Specialist

As the Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by onboarding and scaling advertisers and businesses onto OLX’s digital advertising ecosystem, offering a full suite of performance and brand-led ad solutions across web and app.


Key Responsibilities

• Driving onboarding of brands onto OLX’s digital advertising platform.


• Owning the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and conversion to repeat advertisers.


• Developing and executing advertiser acquisition strategies across OLX categories.


• Selling and packaging OLX digital ad units, including:


o Display banners (homepage, category, search, PDP)

o Native and sponsored listings

o Video and rich media formats

o Customized brand and category sponsorships


• Conducting client presentations and demos showcasing OLX audience, inventory, targeting capabilities, and campaign measurement frameworks.


• Working closely with Ad Operations, Product, Data, and Support teams to ensure smooth campaign onboarding, timely execution, and delivery against KPIs.


• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.


• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and sharing actionable insights to optimize advertiser ROI and retention.


• Representing OLX at industry events, client meetings, trade shows, and partner forums to strengthen market presence.


• Tracking and managing sales KPIs, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


• Gathering advertiser feedback and collaborating internally to improve ad products, seller tools, onboarding journeys, and sales processes.


• Keeping up with digital advertising trends, competitor offerings, and market benchmarks to refine OLX’s go-to-market strategy.


• Conduct market and category research to develop compelling pitch write-ups, script writeups and content insights that support advertiser acquisition.
