Digital Social Media Designer (hybrid)

Compensation Range: $38 - 42 per hour

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Social Media Designer to develop engaging, platform-optimized content that brings our brand to life across social channels. This role blends design, motion, and storytelling to create scroll-stopping visuals that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including graphics, motion graphics, short-form videos, carousels, and stories.
• Adapt creative assets to fit various formats, dimensions, and best practices across each platform.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and social strategy teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual executions.
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative, and trend-forward ideas to content design.
• Monitor social media design trends and integrate them into creative output.
• Organize, manage, and optimize creative files and templates for team efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in digital or social media design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design for social media (both static and motion).
• Knowledge of social platform specifications, best practices, and content trends.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
