KontrolFreek, the best-selling brand of gaming controller enhancements, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative and collaborative marketing team. Known for our Performance thumbsticks®, No-Slip Thumb Grips™, Precision Rings™ and other accessories, KontrolFreek enhances the gaming experience for players around the world. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer looking to make a global impact in the fast-paced and ever-evolving video game industry.

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing compelling visuals across multiple channels. This includes advertising campaigns, product packaging, product design, web graphics, social content, and other visual marketing assets that support the KontrolFreek brand.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about both design and gaming. You should be confident working independently as well as collaboratively with the Brand Director and broader marketing team.

Location: Greater Atlanta, Georgia (Remote with in-person meetings as needed)

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for use in advertising, eCommerce, packaging, product branding, and social media
• Develop visually compelling web graphics and promotional content that align with brand identity and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and on-brand storytelling across all platforms
• Assist in concept development for new product designs and campaigns
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in creative reviews and provide/receive feedback constructively
• Meet with the Brand Director in person in the Atlanta area as needed
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience (via design agency, in-house agency, or relevant college internship)
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work for marketing materials
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and color theory
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must reside in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area and be available for in-person meetings
• Authorized to work in the United States
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D design tools
• Comfortable working in Figma
• Working knowledge of Motion Graphics/Animation and Video Editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with the video game industry or passion for gaming culture
