Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand’s online presence and drive customer engagement for our retail store and eCommerce platform. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital trends to grow our audience and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Create compelling content, including images, videos, and copy, that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Implement paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements to boost organic visibility.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand reach.
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Work closely with designers and photographers to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal trends.
- Write compelling email marketing copy, website content, and blog articles to enhance customer engagement.
Analytics & Growth Strategy:
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.
- Identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or eCommerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of paid advertising strategies, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in retail or fashion marketing is a plus.
