Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Give tasks to team members and ensure they complete them on time.
- Guide and support the team to achieve their targets.
- Check call quality and give feedback for improvement.
- Attend senior or difficult calls when team members get stuck while converting a lead.
- Create and track team contests for motivation.
- Support in selecting and hiring new team members.
- Train new joiners and help them understand the process.
- Work on strategies to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with other departments when needed.
- Follow and maintain SOPs and improve processes where required.
