QUALIFICATION:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields of universities
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in "Digital Marketing" and "Digital Brand Management" in the FMCG industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international digital media planning and digital media buying
  • Ensured all coordination and managed processes with digital media, creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, and other 3rd-party companies
  • Managed all processes by taking 360-degree marketing actions in digital media during domestic and international launch processes
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong presentation skills
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills
  • Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Trend-focused, creative, and highly motivated
  • Flexible and able to adapt to rapid growth and change
  • Strong communication skills and a strong team spirit
  • Completed military service for male candidates.



JOB DESCRIPTION :


• Manage the process by briefing digital creative and digital media agencies in coordination with brand teams to implement communication plans within the scope of the annual digital marketing plan.

• Prepare, present, and implement media plans within the established goals, budgets, and deadlines for brand and communication strategies in digital media, from concept creation step to implementation.

• Prepare and present campaign realization reports after the campaign, provide and report data to measure campaign effectiveness, and monitor and report on digital KPI management, digital budget optimization

• Develop creative digital marketing project proposals for all digital media channels in line with brand strategies and manage the creation, control, and publishing processes of all digital marketing materials.

• Regularly monitor and report social media and digital media reports, including category-specific reporting.

• Up-to-date management of all digital inventory and websites, regularly monitor and report social listening, monitoring, and moderation, and take necessary actions.

• Manage international digital marketing processes and agencies, and implement digital launches in accordance with deadlines and goals.
