Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.

Eligibility:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
