Overview

St. Augustine Center for Living is hiring full-time and part-time Direct Care staff to support developmentally challenged adults in their daily living. They’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals — no experience required, and training is provided.

Available Schedules

Full-Time

Mon-Fri 7 AM -4 PM

Mon-Fri 3 PM- 11 PM

Sat/Sun 7 AM – 11 PM plus one 3–11 PM shift during the week (40 hours)
Sat or Sun 7 AM – 11 PM (32 hours)

Part-Time
Sat or Sun 8–5
Sat or Sun 3–11

Sat and Sun 11pm-8am

Job Duties

• Assist residents with daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following hygiene and infection-control standards
• Support mobility and transportation needs
• Encourage independence while offering needed assistance
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and respect resident rights

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
