About the Role

A performance-driven sales role responsible for promoting and selling personal loans and related financial products through direct customer engagement, field visits, and lead generation. The position focuses on identifying sales opportunities, converting prospects into clients, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in loan sales or direct consumer sales, ideally within the banking sector, with a track record promoting and selling financial products, particularly personal loans, directly to customers in the field.
• Candidates with experience in relevant sales-driven industries such as Telecom, Real Estate, or Consumer Electronics will also be considered
• Proven ability to identify, approach, and convert potential clients through field visits, referrals, networking, and market activation activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade customers and clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a positive service experience while meeting individual and team targets.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet aggressive monthly sales goals.
• Previous on-ground sales experience in Kuwait is essential for this role.
• Valid Kuwait driving license, enabling frequent field travel and market outreach.
