Job Objectives:

▪ To supervise the operations and sales occurring in his portfolio of retail & direct sales

▪ To ensure target sales target achievement.

▪ To properly report consistent market feedback.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducting the required market visits under area of responsibility (FLs, FBOs, DS, EVD partners), that aim for ensuring staff attendance, measuring P&S awareness level, TMM refresh, assisting in solving any operational issues facing sales agents, etc….
  • Surveying new locations where targeted customers exist and direct the partners to acquire them, in addition to evaluating the current partners aiming to continuously enhance the overall performance.
  • Daily market feedback related to either external or internal operational activities conducted by the partners themselves or other competitors.
  • Sending hourly registration SMS over the partners groups of communication to highlight the hourly progress of the daily number of registrations (in related sales channel).
  • Handling new users’ requests sent from the partners against newly recruited staff by the partners.
  • Conducting refresh training for the sales agents based either on area manager request or as per business need upon launching any new service or new product.
  • Handling complaints escalated by customers through CC system by conducting the proper investigation, contacting the customer himself, ensure the proper resolving & finally closing the related ticket via reporting to his area manager.


Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement:

▪ Bachelors / Diploma in Business Administration or such related degree

▪ Arabic and English fluency.

Minimum Work Experience:

▪ Minimum (1-2) years’ experience in related field.

▪ Preferably telecommunication industry.


Work Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including lunch break)
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including lunch break)
