We are seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and supervision to individuals in their own homes. This role is essential in supporting participants to live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives while maintaining dignity, independence, and respect. Direct Support Professionals assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, follow individualized care plans, and ensure participant well‑being in a supportive home environment.
Job Responsibilities
Direct Support Professionals are expected to remain vigilant, engaged, and responsive throughout their entire shift. Responsibilities include assisting participants with daily living needs, providing emotional support and companionship, completing routine housekeeping tasks, monitoring for safety and well‑being, and responding promptly to all job‑related duties. Staff must actively engage with participants and maintain a professional presence at all times. Excessive personal phone use is not permitted, as attention must remain on participant care and supervision.

This position is not suitable for individuals who are unable to stay attentive, complete required tasks, or actively support participants. Applicants who cannot meet these expectations should not apply.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and compassionate individuals who can follow guidance from supervisors and respond appropriately to all job responsibilities. Candidates should be kind, respectful, and willing to assist participants consistently throughout their shift. A strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and engagement is essential for success in this role.
Training and Pay
All training is paid, with initial training conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay rates are based on prior relevant experience. Employees are eligible for annual raises based on performance, reliability, and continued employment with the organization.
Schedule and Shift Requirements
Shifts are scheduled in grouped blocks of 8, 16, or 24 hours, and applicants must be willing to work shifts grouped in this manner. Employees must be available to work various shifts, including holidays. We do not hire exclusively for overnight‑only or weekend‑only availability. PRN positions are available and require a minimum commitment of three shifts per week.
Position Summary
