Direct Support Professional (DSP)

At MCSI we provide services to support the intellectually and developmentally disabled populations. Responsibilities include assisting with functions of daily living, medication management, household cleaning tasks and community integration.

We are currently hiring for immediate full-time or part-time openings in our Licensed Residential Group Homes currently serving up to 6 consumers. No prior experience required. Paid training included.

Full Time Position Requirements:

• Must be available 3 weekends per month (Saturday & Sunday)
• Must be flexible to work at different locations
• State of MI Driver’s License
• At least 18 years of age

Part Time Position Requirements:

• State of MI Driver’s License
• At least 18 years of age
