Position Overview

We are seeking a thoughtful, patient, and highly communicative entry-level DSP / Caregiver to support a creative, self-employed individual who works in graphic design and video game development. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of clear communication, personal space, and pacing activities appropriately. The right provider will offer steady, respectful support while allowing the individual to maintain independence and creative flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home and community-based support
• Assist with planning and preparing for activities and appointments

• Offer calm guidance without being intrusive or overly directive
