Director

PwC India is seeking a Director – Zoho Alliances to lead and grow our partnership with Zoho Corporation. The role involves owning the alliance charter end-to-end—strategy, GTM, capability building, and delivery enablement—while driving measurable business growth through Zoho’s SaaS platforms.

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pan India

Experience Required: 16 years & Above

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute PwC India’s Zoho alliance strategy, aligned to firm priorities.
• Build strong senior relationships with Zoho leadership and sales teams.
• Drive joint GTM initiatives—account mapping, co-sell, campaigns, and pursuits.
• Establish a Zoho CoE for certified talent, reference architectures, and accelerators.
• Integrate Zoho with PwC domain IP and multi-LoS offerings to differentiate solutions.
• Track and report alliance KPIs including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications.

Experience & Skills:

• 16+ years in consulting/SaaS/enterprise tech with proven alliance or partner leadership.
• Strong understanding of Zoho’s product suite (CRM, Finance/ERP, HR, Low-Code, Analytics, etc.) or similar SaaS ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth through partnerships and GTM execution.
• Experience in practice building and talent enablement.
• Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Candidate with strong cloud knowledge will be preferred
