The Opportunity

We are hiring Director-level leaders.

This is not a narrow role with a rigid job description. It is an elevated leadership opportunity for individuals who want ownership, influence, and growth inside a high-performance organization.

Director lanes may include:

  • Back of House (Quality & Food Safety)
  • Front of House (Hospitality & Guest Experience)
  • Training & Development
  • Marketing & Brand Growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • $24.00 – $35.00 per hour
  • Overtime eligibility (up to 10 hours weekly based on business need)

This is a high-sales, high-demand operation. The environment is fast, dynamic, and at times challenging. Strong composure, resilience, and energy are required.

Operational Expectations

This is not an administrative office role.

This is a heavily operational leadership position designed to influence systems and people from the floor.

  • Approximately 30+ hours per week will be operational presence
  • Approximately 10 hours per week will be administrative responsibilities
  • Directors are expected to lead from the floor to see, coach, and improve systems in real time

Minimum Requirements

  • Full-time availability (40+ hours per week)
  • Weekend availability required (including Fridays and Saturdays)
  • Flexibility to influence all dayparts (early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts)
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 2+ years of applicable operational experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
