We are hiring a Director to lead our Qatar operations and drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships. The Director will oversee multiple functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the regional strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Lead cross-functional teams (operations, sales, HR, finance) and develop local management talent.

Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning; monitor performance against KPIs.

Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, labor laws, and company policies.

Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, partners, and key clients.

Improve processes, implement best practices, and lead change initiatives to increase efficiency.older meetings.
