We are seeking a visionary individual to lead the development of an insights capability that empowers senior leadership with clarity, foresight, and actionable recommendations. This role will drive intelligence gathering, market monitoring, and competitor analysis to shape business strategy, investment priorities, and long-term growth.

Salary: AED 40-45,000+ family benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor global markets, industries, and competitors to identify risks, shifts, and opportunities.
• Translate intelligence into clear, evidence-based insights that inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Deliver forward-looking recommendations to guide investment, growth, and innovation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing insights team, building credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across business units to embed intelligence into planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12-15 years' experience in market intelligence, strategy, or related fields.
• Proven track record in delivering insights that influenced strategic outcomes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex findings into actionable narratives.
