A Market Intelligence Manager is required with 5–8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent). The successful candidate will bring deep sectoral experience in automotive, tourism, food & beverage, biotech, or media, and will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, identifying emerging risks and opportunities, and supporting high-level strategic decisions. This role sits at the intersection of market analysis and executive advisory, directly contributing to leadership positioning and Abu Dhabi's strategic agenda.
The Market Intelligence Manager will:
- Analyze sector-specific developments and global/regional market trends across selected industries (automotive, tourism, F&B, biotech, or media).
- Synthesize complex industry data into clear, concise intelligence briefs tailored to H.E. the Chairman and other senior stakeholders.
- Identify disruptors, growth drivers, competitive positioning, and policy shifts that could affect Abu Dhabi’s strategic outlook.
- Support the development of strategic narratives, benchmarking, and opportunity maps to inform Abu Dhabi leadership’s decision-making.
- Collaborate with macroeconomic, policy, and financial analysts within the team to deliver integrated intelligence products.
- Contribute to the team’s mandate to deliver timely, effective, concise and actionable intelligence to H.E. the Chairman.
- Build strong internal and external networks to enhance information-gathering and cross-functional impact.
- Proactively develop strategic insights that help position H.E. the Chairman as a regional thought leader on sectoral developments.
Information Security related
- Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per ADGM Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.
- Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of the ADGM Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside ADGM.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top institution strongly preferred.
Work Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise or significant project work in one or more of the following sectors: automotive, tourism, food & beverage, biotech, media.
- Experience advising senior clients or government stakeholders.
- Exceptional slide-writing and executive communication skills.
- Strong strategic acumen.
