Management Consultant

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in ISO Management Systems development and implementation (Business Continuity (BCMS), Risk Management (RMS), and Information Security (ISMS). You will contribute to the success of national consulting projects by taking ownership of deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness, and supporting project teams in alignment with ISO standards and organizational excellence frameworks.

Responsibilities

1. Actively participate in all aspects of management consultancy project planning and monitoring under the guidance of the project manager.
2. Collaborate with management consultancy project teams to ensure tasks are aligned with project objectives and timelines.
3. Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, managing timeframes, and ensuring the quality of work meets established standards.
4. Uphold a commitment to excellence in all deliverables, contributing to the overall success of the management consultancy projects.
5. Ensure that deliverables meet the specified standards and expectations set by the project manager.
6. Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner, contributing to overall project success.
7. Prepare consultancy project outputs in their final form, aligning with project manager recommendations and directives.
8. Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the development of assistant consultants' technical skills through daily guidance and mentoring.
9. Prepare project outputs in their final form, incorporating recommendations from the project manager.
10. Uphold a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished outputs that reflect the organization's standards.
11. Collaborate with project teams in planning and monitoring activities to ensure project success.
12. Generate periodic reports detailing project status and accomplishments.
13. Incorporate feedback and guidance into the final deliverables to meet project requirements.
14. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any pertinent developments.
15. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by willingly undertaking similar assigned tasks based on your professional experience.
16. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
17. Evaluate the performance of assistant consultants based on collaborative work within projects.
18. Proactively develop and enhance professional capabilities on a regular basis to achieve the status of a senior consultant.
19. Undertake any assigned tasks leveraging extensive experience and expertise in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in successfully implementing work related to Business Continuity, Risk Assessment, and Information Security management systems.
• ISO Lead Auditor Certificates in BCMS, ISMS, QMS or similar.
• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize relevant software for efficient task execution.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
