Director Commercial (Co-Founder Track)

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior commercial leader with a builder and founder mindset to drive revenue, partnerships, and regional expansion across Digital Products, VAS, DCB, PSMS, and A2P SMS.

This is a co-founder-track leadership role offering full ownership of commercial strategy and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth
• Build telecom operator partnerships (Pakistan, GCC, Africa)
• Drive GTM, negotiations, bids, and strategic deals
• Influence product development with market insights

Requirements:

• 3+ years in telecom, VAS, or digital services leadership
• Strong understanding of A2P, VAS, billing, and operator processes
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-focused mindset

Education:
Bachelor’s in Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
