Role Objectives
  
  As an ERP Director, you will oversee end-to-end implementation, from requirement collection to full solution adoption. Build and lead the ERP team, ensuring alignment with business processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Enforce data policies, collaborate with users and vendors to resolve issues, and provide training on new functionalities. Stay updated on system developments to maximize opportunities for optimization and integration upgrades.
 
   Roles & Responsibilities:

   Managing the implementation of the ERP solution end-to-end, from requirement collection and mapping, solution architecture, technical development and configuration to testing and Go-Live full solution adoption
  
 - 
   Building the ERP team, internal capabilities and securing external support where required to ensure team effectiveness
  
 - 
   Ensuring business process requirements are fully translated into system functionality, leading and supporting relevant process improvement initiatives as appropriate
  
 - 
   Continuously analyzing business processes to identify potential optimization initiatives and leverage full system functionality and capabilities
  
 - 
   Defining and enforcing data policies and controls to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable
  
 - 
   Working closely with users to assess feasibility and reflect requested workflow changes
  
 - 
   Working closely with ERP vendors to resolve workflow and technical issues
  
 - 
   Ensuring proper documentation of problem resolutions for future reference, analyzing problems and ensuring proper troubleshooting efforts for recurring issues until permanent solutions are found
  
 - 
   Developing training material and lead training sessions with users on introduction of new functionalities or when the need for training arises
  
 - 
   Staying updated on new system functionalities, relevant modules, potential integrations upgrades and releases and develop recommendations to capitalize on opportunities
  
 
   REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

   Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
 - 
   10+ years of experience implementing ERP systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing full-cycle implementations.
  
 - 
   Proven experience leading or participating in complex, large-scale ERP implementations, ideally within fast-paced retail or FMCG environments.
  
 - 
   Strong hands-on experience with
   
    Odoo
   
   or similar ERP platforms including customization, integration, and module configuration.
