QStaffers is currently hiring an Enterprise Project Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in the real estate field.


Job Summary:

Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of ERP/CRM systems across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the platform is aligned with evolving business needs.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of ERP/CRM implementation projects across departments.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP/CRM configurations and workflows.
  • Supervise data migration, system integration, and quality assurance testing to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Develop and execute training programs and change management strategies to ensure smooth user adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, HR, Operations) to align system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Direct the customization and configuration of modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and others.
  • Manage post-implementation support, system upgrades, and change requests with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity standards, and internal IT policies.
  • Lead automation, process optimization, and digital innovation initiatives across business units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and incorporate new techniques and adaptable to changes in project scope or requirements.
  • Keep a proper record and documented of the project’s aspects “Plans, schedule, changes, issues faced and its solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or similar/ relevant degree.
  • 10-13 years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation. (Preferably Real state background)


Special requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing ERP/CRM projects from initiation to go-live.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, sales, and HR.
  • Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical knowledge of ERP architecture, Python, PostgreSQL, and APIs is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Preferably with digital application background or knowledge.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in agile project management.
  • Knowledge of cloud-hosted ERP/CRM environments.
  • Experience with third-party ERP modules and integrations.
