   Enterprise Project Manager
  
  for one of our partners, a global leader in the real estate field.
 
   Job Summary:
  
  Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of ERP/CRM systems across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the platform is aligned with evolving business needs.
 
   Responsibilities:
  
- 
   Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of ERP/CRM implementation projects across departments.
  
- 
   Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  
- 
   Analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP/CRM configurations and workflows.
  
- 
   Supervise data migration, system integration, and quality assurance testing to ensure platform stability and performance.
  
- 
   Develop and execute training programs and change management strategies to ensure smooth user adoption.
  
- 
   Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, HR, Operations) to align system capabilities with business objectives.
  
- 
   Direct the customization and configuration of modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and others.
  
- 
   Manage post-implementation support, system upgrades, and change requests with a focus on continuous improvement.
  
- 
   Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity standards, and internal IT policies.
  
- 
   Lead automation, process optimization, and digital innovation initiatives across business units.
  
- 
   Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
  
- 
   Stay up to date with new technologies and incorporate new techniques and adaptable to changes in project scope or requirements.
  
- 
   Keep a proper record and documented of the project’s aspects “Plans, schedule, changes, issues faced and its solutions.
  
   Requirements:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or similar/ relevant degree.
  
- 
   10-13 years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation. (Preferably Real state background)
  
   Special requirements:
  
- 
   Proven track record of managing ERP/CRM projects from initiation to go-live.
  
- 
   Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, sales, and HR.
  
- 
   Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar certification a plus).
  
- 
   Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  
- 
   Technical knowledge of ERP architecture, Python, PostgreSQL, and APIs is a strong advantage.
  
- 
   Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  
- 
   Preferably with digital application background or knowledge.
  
   Preferred Skills:
  
- 
   Experience in agile project management.
  
- 
   Knowledge of cloud-hosted ERP/CRM environments.
  
- 
   Experience with third-party ERP modules and integrations.
