Director, Event Experiences

Collaborate with the SVP of Events and the U.S.-based Director of Event Experiences to align global event strategy with TIGER 21 s overall goals and Member priorities.

Collaborate and engage with global operations and local Chairs for Member events and Chapter events.

Develop and recommend event calendars based on local customs, holidays, and Member interests in each market.

Lead end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, onsite management, and post-event evaluation.

Ensure every experience meets the highest standards of service and aligns with the TIGER 21 brand and values.

Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Field Operations, Sponsorship, and Finance) to ensure cohesive execution and efficient use of resources.

Support sponsor deliverables and foster relationships with high-end brand partners globally.

Contribute to developing scalable systems and processes to support continued global expansion.
