A Day in the Life You will be Marketing Director for Maybelline DMI (Eye category), reporting to the Global Head of Maybelline Marketing and working within a cross-functional DMI team. You’ll own end‑to‑end category accountability and lead global launches.

  • Strategy & Portfolio Management: Define category plans with Global Category Innovation; own SKU roadmap, pricing, SKU refresh and profitability decisions.
  • Launch & Activation: Lead full‑funnel project launches (insights, formula direction, packaging, artwork, merchandising, go‑to‑market) and drive integrated SBWA launch plans.
  • Content & Campaigns: Brief Product Campaign & Content teams; orchestrate always‑on content production that reflects Brand DNA and supports global/local activation.
  • Performance, Governance & Ops: Monitor SKU growth and launch KPIs with analytics, manage claims process, budgets, and ensure local market adoption.
