We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Director, HR Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier for our CHRO and HR leadership team. This individual will drive transformation across all HR disciplines by embedding structured planning, process rigor, and forward-looking insights into our operating rhythm. Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner, this leader will build scalable frameworks and ensure we are aligned, accountable, and delivering on our people strategy.
Please note this role is hybrid to our Tinton Falls, NJ office. Requirement is a minimum of once per month.
