Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Director of Human Resources – HCA Corporate, you will serve as a strategic HR leader supporting key corporate functions across the organization. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, foster an engaged and high-performing culture and support organizational growth and change.

You will provide HR leadership across multiple corporate lines of business, helping leaders navigate talent needs, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role also plays an important part in acquisitions and integration efforts, ensuring a smooth employee onboarding experience and effective transition support.

What you will do in this role:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to multiple corporate lines of business, including Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Case Management, Performance Improvement, Government Relations, Marketing & Corporate Affairs, Development, Internal Audit, Payer Contracting & Alignment, Finance and others.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support employee data management and ensure efficient, accurate HR operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across HR services.
  • Develop and deliver HR solutions that support changing business needs, organizational growth, and transformation initiatives.

What you should have for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in HR or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in management preferred
