Director, Medical and Scientific Solutions, Medical Communications
Bluprint Oncology Powered by Petauri, is a distributed medical communications agency specializing in oncology and hematology. Our teams work across biotech and pharma to bring science to life for some of the most well-known products in oncology and hematology. We are growing and are currently looking for a Medical Director to join our team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Medical Director, you will provide leadership and expertise in the content development, aligning with clients and experts, and drive the strategic direction of the product. You will coordinate project plans, resources, and work to ensure timely and cost-effective achievement of project milestones. All Medical + Scientific Strategy roles directly support clients through content generation and strategy.

Advanced terminal degree in biomedical sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in an agency, the pharmaceutical industry, or a related scientific or medical writing position. 2-3 years of recent experience leading medical communications accounts in oncology and/or hematology and at least 1-2 years of recent strategic experience as an oncology/hematology director-tier position with management experience. Demonstration of success in pitching new products to potential clients.
The Medical Director, Medical + Science Solutions, will provide leadership and expertise in content development, aligning with clients and experts, and drive the strategic direction of the product. S/he will also coordinate project plans and resources, and work to ensure timely and cost-effective achievement of project milestones. The individual plays a critical role in managing client and physician satisfaction and relationships, planning for execution across multiple projects, implementing processes, mentoring members of the MSS team, creating and delivering high quality content, and serving as a supportive leader of the team. S/he will develop and lead a client account team, collaborating with other team leaders. In addition, this role is responsible for support of business development and alignment with company goals. All MSS roles directly support clients through content generation and strategy.
