Director of Accounting

Clearwater Power seeks an experienced and highly motivated Director of Accounting to lead and oversee all accounting operations of the Cooperative. This position manages all Accounting Department personnel and is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, financial reporting, payroll, tax filings, fixed assets, work order accounting, and compliance with Rural Utilities Service (RUS) and audit requirements.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar discipline

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience with a rural electric cooperative or related field
