Job Title: Office Administrator – Multi-Location

Location: Boca Raton, FL or Orlando, FL

Travel: Approx 5% between current and future office locations

Comp: $140k base (Use a range of 120-140k base + bonus)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director of Administration to oversee administrative operations across multiple office locations. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends day-to-day administrative responsibilities with strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where no task is too big or too small, and where collaboration with senior leadership is key to success.

The Director of Administration will provide hands-on leadership for all administrative functions, manage and mentor administrative staff across multiple locations, and design scalable processes that support long-term growth. This is a role for someone who thrives on both setting strategy and engaging directly with teams, ensuring that every office reflects the same high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all administrative functions across current and future office locations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop administrative staff, ensuring consistency in performance and procedures.
  • Partner with leadership to shape strategy and drive organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence in each office to support staff and ensure strong administrative performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office services, and facility needs.
  • Monitor and improve workflow, communication, and administrative support firm-wide.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership, ensuring smooth information flow and problem-solving.
  • Travel between offices as needed to support growth and maintain consistent standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or a related field, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Master’s degree, Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent advanced degree required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and streamline processes.
  • Hands-on leadership style with willingness to jump into any task, big or small.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support multiple offices.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
