Director of Business Development

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share targets while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new services, marketing campaigns, or business development programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.


  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales and marketing teams to maximize performance, maintain motivation, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.


  • Analyze sales data and marketing campaign results to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve overall performance.


  • Monitor competitor activities including pricing, services, and promotions to inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive advantage.


  • Develop patient acquisition and retention programs to enhance long-term engagement and loyalty across the dialysis service network.


  • Plan and oversee community outreach programs and public awareness campaigns related to dialysis and patient education.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and government agencies to increase market presence and drive revenue growth.


  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional media, to promote dialysis services.


  • Conduct market research to understand patient needs, industry trends, and competitor activity; use insights to adjust sales and marketing strategies.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulators, and partner organizations, to support business growth and compliance.


  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH), SFDA regulations, and company policies, and take corrective action if deviations occur.


  • Prepare, monitor, and manage the sales and marketing budget; track expenditures and ROI of campaigns, ensuring cost-effective operations.


  • Handle unusual, urgent, or complex situations with good judgment and escalate issues when required; propose actionable solutions if immediate resolution is not possible.


  • Coordinate with clinical, operational, and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, billing, and promotion of services.


  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and revenue opportunities.


  • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events to enhance corporate image and foster networking opportunities.


  • Supervise the preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials for clients and partners.


  • Monitor customer feedback and patient satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and marketing approach.


  • Ensure the sales and marketing department maintains accurate records, CRM data, and reports for auditing, regulatory, and strategic purposes.


  • Perform other duties or task as assigned


Education Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience Requirements:

Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in sales and Marketing role, preferably in a dialysis or hospital setting.


Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in a leadership role within a dialysis, hospital, or healthcare organization.


Other Requirements:

  • Current Registered Licensure from a country of origin is preferred.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) is preferred.
  • Certified Sales Executive (CSE) is an advantage.
  • Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)is an advantage.
