Development Director - Sports & Entertainment Precinct / Olympic Park Project

We are seeking a visionary Development Director to lead the planning and delivery of a world-class sports and entertainment precinct. This is a high-profile role overseeing large-scale, mixed-use developments, with a focus on public realm, urban design, and master planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development strategy for the precinct, ensuring alignment with long-term master planning objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including mixed-use, commercial, and public realm developments.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with architects, urban planners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project quality across multiple development phases.
• Identify and implement innovative approaches for large-scale urban developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in master planning and large-scale mixed-use development.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or public realm projects is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong track record of delivering complex developments on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
