Director of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce

Westgate Mfg is a leading lighting manufacturer serving customers across North America. We are entering a new growth phase and seeking a visionary digital leader to transform our online presence and build a high-performance digital growth engine across both our websites for B2B and B2C channels.

As our Director of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce, you will architect and drive the digital roadmap that takes Westgate to the next level, owning visibility, conversion, and growth. This is a strategy-first role that blends SEO mastery, AI-driven optimization, and sharp performance marketing to accelerate our market presence.

Key Objectives

• Design and execute a keyword growth strategy to dominate first-page search results for top industry and product keywords
• Elevate Westgate’s brand name online and drive branded search demand

Oversee technical SEO, site structure, and deploy AI-driven content and search strategies

• Lead B2B digital growth initiatives including targeted Google Ads campaigns, LinkedIn influence building, and pixel-based retargeting for distributors, contractors, and specifiers
• Scale our B2C closeout e-commerce site with Google Shopping and search ads, site UX improvements, cart recovery flows, email and loyalty campaigns, and revenue-focused optimization

What You Will Own

Full digital growth strategy for Westgate
Advertising budgets across B2B and B2C campaigns
SEO, SEM, content roadmap, and analytics reporting
Evaluation and integration of AI and automation tools
Building and managing a future in-house digital team or external partners

Requirements

7+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth strategy leadership
Proven record driving SEO, paid media, and online revenue at scale
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping Ads, analytics, and pixel-based tracking
Experience implementing AI-driven marketing and personalization tools
Deep understanding of both B2B and B2C digital funnels
Analytical mindset with strategic vision and hands-on execution ability
Excellent communication and cross-team leadership skills
