Director of Digital Systems Management

Job Summary:

Stripet Technology Networks & Digital Solutions Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic and technology-driven Director of Digital Systems Management to lead enterprise digital systems, technology operations, business platforms, and digital transformation initiatives across a growing technology and digital solutions organization.

What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee digital systems management, enterprise technology platforms, and business application services.
• Develop and implement digital systems strategies that support organizational objectives and business growth.
• Manage technology infrastructure, digital platforms, cloud-based solutions, and operational systems.
• Drive digital transformation, process automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Monitor system performance, operational metrics, and service delivery standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee technology governance, operational risk management, and business continuity programs.
• Manage technology vendors, strategic partnerships, and service providers.
• Identify emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business performance.
• Prepare executive reports, technology roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital systems management, information technology, enterprise systems, technology operations, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives and operational improvement projects.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, business systems, digital platforms, and process optimization practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing technology vendors, budgets, and service delivery programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ﷼34,000.00 - ﷼56,000.00 per month
