About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Director of E-Commerce to lead and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with a verifiable track record of success in driving digital growth, optimizing online sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll oversee all aspects of our e-commerce channels — from website management to marketplace expansion — to ensure strong, sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall e-commerce strategy, execution, and performance across all online channels
• Oversee daily operations of company websites and marketplaces to maximize UX, conversion, and revenue
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations to develop campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions
• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, SEO, and paid advertising
• Oversee platform integrations with ERP, CRM (HubSpot), inventory, and fulfillment systems
• Drive continuous improvement in website functionality and customer experience
• Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce technologies and best practices
• Present insights, performance reports, and forecasts to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales leadership, preferably in furniture, interiors, or consumer goods
• Proven success in scaling online revenue and managing multi-channel operations
• Proficiency in Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Looker Studio
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
