My client is seeking an Ecommerce Director to lead public websites, customer & broker portals, and all digital sales journeys from lead to reservation, payment, and post-sales. This is your chance to define the strategy, lead delivery, and create fast, secure, and high-converting digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for all web, portal, and eCommerce platforms, defining strategic priorities for digital growth and customer engagement
• Drive conversion, UX, SEO, mobile performance, and multilingual experiences, optimizing digital journeys for maximum engagement and revenue
• Lead a modern composable tech stack and integrate with Salesforce, Genesys, and payment systems
• Oversee analytics, funnels, dashboards, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization, ensuring insights translate into measurable performance improvements
• Maintain uptime, Core Web Vitals, ITIL processes, secure SDLC, PDPL/GDPR, PCI-DSS, and accessibility compliance
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, Data/AI, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver seamless end-to-end digital journeys

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in digital/eCommerce/web; 3+ years leading teams
• Proven experience delivering high-scale, high-availability web platforms
• Deep Azure expertise + strong integration knowledge (Salesforce, ERP, payments)
• Strong skills in Core Web Vitals, SEO, analytics, and experimentation
• Experience managing vendors/SIs with commercial acumen

Nice to Have

• Real estate/marketplace experience
• Headless CMS, DAM/PIM, Algolia, AI personalization
• GCC/EMEA experience
