This is a full-time on-site role, based in Sunray, TX, for a Director of Engineering. The Director will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts, overseeing software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale engineering projects. The individual will strategize and implement integration processes, foster innovation, and optimize engineering practices to align with business objectives, ensuring the company’s technological and operational goals are met.

• Expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide diverse engineering teams effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Software Development and a demonstrated ability to manage technical development processes.
• Experience in Project Management and Integration for execution of complex and large-scale projects.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to align engineering objectives with business goals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Proven leadership experience in relevant industries; familiarity with carbon black production or similar manufacturing industries would be a plus.
