This role is ideal for a senior technical leader with expertise in software development, systems architecture, and team leadership.

The Director of Engineering will oversee engineering strategy, manage technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Define and execute engineering strategy and technical direction.
• Oversee system design, development, and deployment processes.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
