YOUR MISSION
- Lead, decide and take responsibility for the business unit.
- Develop, propose and execute business unit plans and strategies.
- Control business plans and strategies execution as well as key performance indicators.
- Be accountable for achieving the qualitative and quantitative business unit objectives.
- Play part in business development and sales activities.
- Be a responsible spokesman to the General Management.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that all processes run flawlessly and that the day-to-day business operates efficiently and smoothly.
- Drive change, develop new ideas, create future vision.
- Be an administrative line manager for business unit team.
- Develop and coordinate strategies to acquire new business and grow the market share.
- Act as a key account for existing and new clients.
- Promote cross-selling between BeWunder business units.
- Develop and coordinate marketing plans and strategies together with the Marketing team.
You will also be responsible for:
- Management / decision-making / responsibility for the economic and operational results of the business unit.
- Development / design of the business unit.
- Budget planning for the business unit in cooperation with business unit team and General Management.
- Financial responsibility for the business unit.
- Responsibility for team members in the business unit.
- Leading the team, processes and procedure improvement initiatives.
- Definition and monitoring of team objectives in collaboration with the team.
- Team motivation and mentoring.
- Resource planning and quality management.
- Communication about developments, decisions, changes in the business unit to the wider team.
- Creation and review of various analyses and statistics.
