Director of Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience operating within SOX-compliant environments

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA and/or CPA designation
• Experience in multi-site or multi-cultural manufacturing organizations

The successful candidate will lead all financial management and control activities for a manufacturing facility. This role serves as a key business partner to the plant leadership team, driving EBIT performance, optimizing operating working capital, and ensuring disciplined financial planning and control.

Responsibilities:

• Lead plant-level financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L consolidation in accordance with GAAP and corporate policy.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive EBIT growth, margin expansion, and optimized working capital performance.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX compliance while maintaining financial integrity and audit readiness.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance on capital expenditures, major transactions, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee standard cost systems, asset management, cash flow, credit, and collections processes.
• Develop and lead the finance organization while fostering collaboration across operations, sales, and corporate functions.
