Director of Finance
to their leadership team.
This is a highly visible, strategic role reporting to the CFO and leading the company’s FP&A function. You’ll step in as a true business partner, helping drive performance, shape strategy, and support continued growth across a premium, multi-channel business.

What You’ll Do
Lead Financial Planning
-
Own the annual budgeting process (AOP) end-to-end
-
Build and maintain rolling forecasts across revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow
-
Deliver monthly reporting with clear insights on performance, trends, and key drivers
Drive Business Insights
-
Partner with leaders across sales channels including wholesale, DTC, e-commerce, and international
-
Identify opportunities to improve margins, pricing, and overall profitability
-
Provide data-driven recommendations that influence decision making
Support Operations & Supply Chain

Collaborate with supply chain, production, and operations teams on planning and forecasting
-
Align financial projections with inventory, demand planning, and cost structure
-
Analyze COGS, production costs, and overall spend
Lead Strategic Initiatives
-
Evaluate capital investments and growth initiatives through financial modeling and ROI analysis
-
Support board reporting, lender updates, and ad hoc strategic projects
-
Partner cross-functionally on key initiatives tied to growth and performance
Build & Develop

Enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and visibility across the business

Support automation and BI tools such as Power BI and planning systems
-
Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team
What You Bring
Required
-
7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
-
Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
-
Advanced financial modeling (three-statement, scenario, ROI)

Excel expertise and experience with ERP/BI tools
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data

Ability to influence cross-functional leaders
Preferred
-
Experience in a private equity–backed environment

Background in wine, spirits, luxury goods, or CPG
-
Experience with tools such as Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or ERP systems
-
MBA, CFA, or similar advanced degree
