DIRECTOR OF FINANCE – DOHA QATAR - FLAGSHIP HOTEL OPPORTUNITY

Large Luxury Hotel | International Hotel Group

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance for a large luxury hotel in the DOHA, operating as part of a leading international hotel group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full financial leadership of the property, working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to drive profitability, financial control, budgeting, forecasting and strategic commercial performance.

This role requires a strong hotel finance background, ideally gained within large-scale luxury or upper-upscale properties. Experience with international hotel brands, owner reporting, asset management communication, cost control and GOP improvement will be highly valued.

Key requirements:

• Current or recent experience as Director of Finance within a hotel environment
• Strong background in luxury, upper-upscale or large international branded hotels
• UAE or GCC experience preferred
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management ability
• Commercially minded with the ability to support operational decision-making
