Group Finance Manager

Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles. Previous experience working with family-owned businesses or diversified business groups is highly preferred.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business units.
• Partner with business unit leaders to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support investment decisions, risk management, and overall business growth.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to senior management and business owners.
• Ensure flexibility and availability to support business requirements during evening hours when company owners are present.
• Demonstrate a high level of adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneur-driven decision-making environment.
