SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is partnering with an exclusive destination mountain resort and private club in Wyoming to identify a Director of Outlets who will elevate the food and beverage experience across a highly curated, ultra-luxury environment. This intimate property features 38 guest rooms, several hundred members, and a collection of private residences , offering a rare opportunity to lead within a deeply personalized and experience-driven setting.

We are seeking a dynamic, creative F&B leader who thrives in boutique, high-touch environments and understands how to translate place into experience . This role is not just about operations, it is about vision, activation, and storytelling through food, beverage, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage outlets , including banquets, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction

• Develop and execute innovative programming and activations that engage both members and resort guests

• Create seasonally inspired, location-driven experiences that reflect the mountain lifestyle and community

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, service-driven team

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align F&B with overall brand and experiential strategy

• Maintain strong financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls

• Cultivate a culture of warm, intuitive, anticipatory service

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Outlets, F&B Director, or senior F&B leader in luxury hospitality

• Mountain resort experience strongly preferred

• A creative mindset with a track record of developing unique, revenue-driving activations and events

• Strong operational acumen paired with visionary thinking

• Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and community-building

• Comfortable operating in an intimate, relationship-driven environment with high expectations
