The Director of Growth plays a cross-functional leadership role responsible for driving growth, retention, partnerships, and revenue expansion across all CABS programs—including home care, care management, and social care services.

This individual will lead efforts to increase census and client retention, support the development of new service lines, and build strategic partnerships with health plans, IPAs, hospitals, medical practices, housing organizations, faith-based institutions, and key community stakeholders. The Director will also identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including health equity grants, contracts, and private partnerships, that align with CABS’ mission and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Retention Leadership

  • Oversee growth and retention strategies across all CABS programs, ensuring continuous expansion of the client base and service utilization.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase census in home care, care management, and social care network programs.
  • Partner with internal program leaders to optimize service delivery, client experience, and retention outcomes.

Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with managed care organizations (MCOs), IPAs, hospitals, medical groups, housing providers, and community-based organizations.
  • Engage faith-based and community leaders to expand CABS’ visibility and referral base.
  • Lead CABS representation at conferences, community events, and stakeholder meetings to promote strategic partnerships and new program collaborations.
  • Negotiate, execute, and manage MOUs, partnership agreements, and referral contracts.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to evaluate new initiatives for feasibility, sustainability, and ROI.
  • Support diversification of revenue streams by expanding participation in value-based care, social care networks, and managed care collaborations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Director of Business Development, and Client Services Leadership to ensure operational readiness for new growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to design outreach campaigns and storytelling content that attract new clients and partners.
  • Contribute to internal performance dashboards and reports tracking census, partner engagement, and growth outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, healthcare partnerships, or growth management—preferably in home care, care management, or social services.
  • Proven track record of success in census growth, partner engagement, and program expansion.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid Managed Care, IPAs, and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) frameworks.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and translate strategic goals into measurable results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
