  • Champion career growth by leading learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps, and delivering effective solutions
  • Enable internal mobility through career pathing, development conversations, and proactive talent planning
  • Coach and develop managers — especially first-time managers and team leads — on leadership, communication, performance management, and decision-making
  • Establish clear feedback frameworks and leadership best practices that help managers grow into confident, effective leaders
  • Own HR compliance across the organization, ensuring adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating risk
  • Maintain accurate documentation and oversee audits, investigations, and compliance reviews as needed
  • Lead and collaborate with the broader HR team, driving shared initiatives and continuous improvement across the function
  • Operate with agility in a fast-paced, scaling environment while maintaining a people-first mindset throughout

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a director-level or senior strategic HR role
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leadership, including C-suite executives
  • Deep expertise in employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and talent management
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing managers at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and risk management practices
  • High emotional intelligence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of building trust and driving impact across all levels of an organization
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by working in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage engagement metrics and feedback to inform strategy and decisions

Benefits:
