The property offers a range of dining destinations, wellness experiences at Talise Spa, and dedicated facilities for meetings and events. Ideal for both business and leisure, it blends comfort, connectivity, and Arabian hospitality.


About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Human Resources to join Jumeirah Messilah Beach.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Elevate the HR function by empowering the team, building capability, and embedding best-practice standards that strengthen organizational performance.
  • Deliver the full HR strategy in alignment with corporate and regional direction, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable results across the property.
  • Advance initiatives that enhance productivity, build leadership capability, and devolve HR responsibilities across senior and mid-level management.
  • Oversee all internal communication flows, ensuring timely, relevant, and brand-aligned messaging that strengthens alignment between local, regional, and corporate HR.
  • Lead HR budgeting, capital planning, and P&L oversight with disciplined precision, enabling financial clarity and operational agility.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development—including national development and internship programs—while ensuring full compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.


About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 10–12 years’ HR experience in luxury hospitality with a focus on engagement and culture-building.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability to influence senior and departmental leaders.
  • Proven track record enhancing cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Skilled at driving colleague engagement, performance, and a cohesive workplace culture.
  • Confident communicator who ensures clarity, alignment, and consistent messaging across the property.
